Cover which has a lid and bake for 40-sixty minutes, depending how tight your lid fits (mine didn’t so that it took one hour for me). Remove on the oven and serve hot with plain yogurt and whole grain bread, if desired. Store inside a glass airtight container for as much as 5 days or freeze for 3 months. If you want to use less meat, give a bit of red lentils. I used Simply Natural organic tomato sauce with basil. These Chicken Parmesan Stuffed Shells will be the perfect weeknight meal! Also great when served being an appetizer. Easy to produce and only quick and easy ingredients! Heat barbecue grill until sizzling hot. Prepare garlic for roasting be removing outer, papery layer. Slice off the surface of garlic making sure that cloves are exposed. Remove portobello caps, stems, and criminis from grille after lightly browned (usually do not overcook, approximately less than six minutes on either side). Cut portobello stems and criminis into 1/4-inch strips, schedule, keep warm while cooking chicken. On the stove (or in a very pan for the barbecue grill), heat a saute pan until hot, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, add the roasted garlic and saute for 15 seconds (don't brown). Reduce heat to medium high, toss chicken strips in flour, and help to increase garlic mixture. Season with salt and pepper, add red pepper flakes and saute quickly until lightly golden browned and chicken sets out to stick to pan. Add wine, butter and lower heat to medium. Continue cooking until light sauce develops (approximately 5 minutes), include herbs and continue cooking for one to two minutes then remove from heat. To assemble, place mushroom caps on plates, sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese. Gently toss together chicken strips, pepper strips, onion strips, and mushroom strips and put on portobello cap. Add 2-3 Parmesan curls, decorate using a basil sprig and serve warm.
