Easy BBQ Chicken Tostadas
I always have leftover cooked chicken inside the refrigerator. Not a problem, because I have in regards to bazillion plus a half ideas and applications it up. I see myself as a little bit of an expert as burning leftovers. I read recently that about 1.9 million tonnes of foods are wasted every year inside UK. That's pretty disgraceful considering that there are roughly 785 million people inside world struggling with malnourishment at the same time. If you might have three squares per day count yourself lucky! This is a recipe I adapted utilise some leftover cooked chicken plus some tortillas that I had leftover through the crispy tortilla eggs I cooked recently. The original recipe was for BBQ Chicken & Cheese Nachos which I found here. Its basically pretty similar with the exception that I used a little chipotle chili paste from the chicken mixture and I didn't use tortilla chips. Instead I toasted the leftover tortillas (brush having a tiny bit of oil) on the open gas flame of my stove. If you've never succeeded in doing so, you should try it. Its a true game changer! They produce lovely . They just taste magnificent! So anyways, I gas charred my tortillas and after that I topped all of them with the chicken mixture . Which is basically an assortment of leftover shredded cooked/rotisserie chicken, BBQ sauce plus the chipotle chili paste. Could not seriously be any easier. Just pile that mixture on top of your toasted tortillas after which scatter some grated cheese on the top. You can use virtually any cheese you need.
